What´s new?

We are a hotel with thermal baths and a sauna, not a SPA hotel. Surrounded by snow and winter, being in a warm outdoor pool or in the sauna room underneath the stars and the northern lights, or during the light summer nights, watching the midnight sun, is a reason enough to visit our hotel.

We serve a full-course delicious dinner consisting of three dishes: appetizer, main course, and dessert. Every day between 19.00 and 21.00 PM. At dinner, we offer “the catch of the day”. Diners can be seated looking at a presentation kitchen while they are overlooking a panoramic view of south Iceland. The food is served communal style on one long dining table with seats on both sides.

Northern Lights! If you are looking for the best place to watch the northern lights, come and see them from the veranda outside the hotel rooms or even from the comfort of your warm bed.
